Shipping & Damage Policy

Every piece is fully insured from factory to your living room. Here is exactly what that means.

Shipping Methods

  • Ready-to-ship pieces ship from our Denver warehouse via white-glove freight within 3-5 business days.
  • Made-to-order pieces ship directly from Italy via ocean freight. Estimated delivery: 10-14 weeks from order confirmation.
  • All deliveries include in-home placement, unpacking, and packaging removal at no additional charge.

Freight Insurance

  • Every shipment is fully insured from the moment it leaves the factory until it is placed in your home.
  • Insurance covers damage during ocean transit, customs handling, domestic trucking, and final delivery.
  • Coverage is included in the purchase price — there is no additional insurance fee.

Inspection & Certificate of Completion

  • At delivery, our team will unpack and place each piece. You will be asked to inspect the furniture for any visible damage.
  • Once satisfied, you sign a Certificate of Completion confirming the condition and placement.
  • If damage is found during inspection, note it on the certificate before signing. The delivery team will photograph the damage on-site.

Reporting Damage

  • Visible damage must be noted on the Certificate of Completion at the time of delivery.
  • Concealed damage (discovered after delivery) must be reported within 48 hours by emailing us with photos.
  • Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs from multiple angles.

Claim Resolution

  • We will respond to all damage claims within 1 business day.
  • For minor damage (scratches, scuffs), we arrange professional repair at no cost to you.
  • For structural damage, we will replace the piece. Replacement production follows standard lead times.
  • If a ready-to-ship replacement is available, we prioritize expedited delivery.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper use, pets, or exposure to direct sunlight after delivery.
  • Normal wear and patina development on natural leather — this is a characteristic of genuine Italian leather, not a defect.
  • Damage resulting from customer-arranged third-party moving or relocation after initial delivery.
