Every Bella Vero piece is backed by Delta Salotti's Italian factory warranty and honored personally by us in the United States.
5-Year Frame Warranty+
- —Covers the internal structure and frame against defects in materials and workmanship.
- —Backed by Delta Salotti, our manufacturing partner in Puglia, Italy, and honored by Bella Vero in the United States.
- —Applies to the original purchaser from the date of delivery.
- —If a structural defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected component at no cost.
2-Year Leather & Upholstery Warranty+
- —Covers manufacturing defects in leather including tears, lacerations, and stitching failures.
- —Natural characteristics of full-grain leather — grain variation, texture differences, and patina development — are features of genuine Italian leather, not defects.
- —Minor color variation between swatch samples and delivered pieces may occur due to the natural hide and is within normal tolerance.
- —Warranty does not cover damage from improper cleaning products or methods not recommended in our care guide.
2-Year Mechanism Warranty+
- —Covers reclining, sliding, and sleeper mechanisms against manufacturing defects.
- —Applies to all moving parts, motors, and electronic components in our recliners and sofa beds.
- —Normal adjustment and break-in of mechanisms during the first 30 days is expected.
- —Damage from overloading, misuse, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
What Is Not Covered+
- —Normal wear and aging, including softening of cushions, fabric pilling, and natural leather patina.
- —Damage from direct sunlight, excessive heat, or humidity outside normal indoor conditions.
- —Pet damage — scratches, chewing, or staining from animals.
- —Use of harsh chemicals, solvents, or cleaning products not specified in our leather care guide.
- —Commercial or institutional use — our warranties apply to residential use only.
- —Damage caused by improper moving, reassembly, or third-party modifications after delivery.
How to Make a Claim+
- —Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs from multiple angles.
- —We respond to all warranty claims within 2 business days.
- —If additional inspection is needed, we may arrange for a local technician to assess the piece in your home.
- —Approved claims are resolved through repair, component replacement, or full replacement depending on the nature of the defect.
Returns Policy+
- —Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, undamaged condition with all packaging.
- —Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on ready-to-ship items.
- —Made-to-order pieces are custom manufactured to your specifications and are non-returnable.
- —We strongly recommend ordering complimentary swatches before committing to a material selection on made-to-order pieces.
- —All returned items must be free of stains, pet hair, odors, and any signs of use.
Damage During Delivery+
- —Inspect every piece thoroughly upon delivery before signing the Certificate of Completion.
- —If damage is visible at delivery, note it on the certificate and have the delivery team photograph it on-site.
- —Concealed damage discovered after delivery must be reported within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
- —Confirmed delivery damage is replaced at no cost to you — we handle the full claim process with our freight partners.
